Full-time, in-person customer service and operations role at a shipping/logistics operation in American Canyon, hired through Select Staffing.
Take incoming calls, help customers track shipments and resolve delivery issues, coordinate FedEx in-transit requests, follow up on requests, and keep records organized with filing, scanning, and data entry. Weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $21 per hour.
A good fit for someone organized and customer-focused; some customer service experience is preferred but there is no minimum requirement.
