The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher is responsible for delivering outstanding phone-based customer support by addressing product issues, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and professionalism—especially when handling difficult interactions. CSRs guide customers confidently, ensure accurate data entry, and collaborate closely with the team to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service efficiency.
M-F day shifts, with overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $21 to $26 an hour.
