The Front Desk Clerk at Emmanuel House is responsible for providing overnight services and maintaining a professional and compassionate front-line presence for clients and the community. Key duties include collecting fees, overseeing sleeping quarters, maintaining dormitory and client records, answering phones, relaying messages, and performing regular security checks and property upkeep tasks throughout the facility. The role also supports the Emmanuel House Director with administrative duties as needed.
