Closet Factory is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Elk Grove location. Candidate should be highly organized, friendly & outgoing as you will be the “front” person greeting and assisting many types of individuals. Answer phones and direct calls, schedule appointments for in-home consultations, give showroom tours, manage Social Media posts and respond to customer reviews. Previous customer service experience a plus.
