KUIU is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join its call center team in Dixon, CA. This role serves as a frontline brand ambassador, delivering exceptional support to customers across phone, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include assisting with product inquiries, orders, shipping, and returns, while educating customers on KUIU’s technical hunting gear and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Provide high-quality customer support across multiple platforms
- Assist with product selection, fit, and usage guidance
- Handle orders, shipping inquiries, and returns
- Maintain customer records and support basic office tasks
- Adapt to seasonal demands, including occasional weekends/overtime
Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
