Enterprise Mobility is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to work at the Santa Rosa Airport who will provide a high level of customer service. You will take incoming calls, reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers. Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions; Assist to assess condition of rental upon return and provide directions and general assistance.
