Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding quotations, orders, lead times, and order status. Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and provide accurate information on pricing, shipping, and product details. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments (sales, accounting, shipping, and production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Support outside sales efforts, resolve routine customer issues, and assist with technical product information, troubleshooting, and documentation. Perform administrative tasks, track shipments, and assist with accounting and logistics as needed. Maintain strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
