In person full time Desktop Support Technician. They are looking for a Desktop Technician to provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals at corporate locations. They need someone who can analyze and resolve hardware/software issues, assist with network connectivity, and support VIP users while using judgment within defined policies to find effective solutions. The technician will also be responsible for printer and scanner support, AV setup, ServiceNow ticketing, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This job is located in San Jose California.
