In person full time IT Technician Endpoint. They are looking for an IT Technician to serve as the first responder for technical issues, performing Level 1 troubleshooting and escalating complex incidents to higher support levels when necessary. They are looking for someone with experience in IT monitoring tools, helpdesk ticketing systems, and cloud-based operations who can document incidents thoroughly and contribute to operational knowledge. They are looking for a collaborative team member available for 12-hour rotating shifts, capable of supporting major incident management and assisting in project implementations.
