Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment in a memory care community. Requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and strong communication skills.
Pay: $25 – $30 an hour
