Here is an in person Helpdesk position in Sunnyvale California on Dice. You will be using Ticketing System and ServiceNow. Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2. Standard working hours, M-F, 8 hours a day supporting PST. Phone, email and chat support.

The pay is anywhere between $35-$40 an hour (40 hour work week)
