IT Help Desk Analyst (Tier 1 Support) (Sacramento, CA)

Here is an in person IT helpdesk position in Sacramento California on Dice. Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software/network issues. Log and manage incidents/tickets. Support mobile and desktop devices, printers, and peripherals. Monitor systems and escalate as needed. Collaborate with team and follow SOPs.

The pay can go up to $21 an hour (40 hour work week)
