Full-time, in-person IT help desk engineer at boxIT, a local managed IT services company based in the Presidio of San Francisco. Provide technical support to thousands of users across many client companies: diagnose and fix issues across Windows and Mac systems, communicate clearly with users, document fixes, and travel to client sites around the Bay Area as needed.
