Here is an in person support technician position in San Jose California on Dice. Imaging and setting up computers at desk locations. Answering user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve issues. Installing software or performing hardware testing remotely. Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken. Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions (JAMF or Mosley a plus). Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira/Confluence, ConnectWise Manage/Automate). Reading technical manuals, conferring with users, or conducting computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems. Assisting new hires with computer setup and questions.
The pay is anywhere between: $28-$34 an hour (40 hour work week)
