In this role, the candidate identifies customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with complete and accurate information. You will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact and resolving questions concerning their accounts. In this position, you will respond to all tolling and/or administration-related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems. You will receive 5 weeks of paid training! They offer great benefits & weekends off.
