In this role, they are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative/ Office Assistant to join their team. This is a dual-role position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will conduct daily repair order audits. File and manage paperwork. In the office Assistant role, you will support service advisors by helping them navigate their day-to-day challenges. Process customer payments. Send text reminders for appointments and follow up with customers. Benefits are Medical and PTO.
