In Person: Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

In this role, they are looking for a candidate who will arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
