Jr. Onsite IT Support Techician Milestone Technologies Inc, San Francisco, CA

Milestone Technologies, a global IT managed services firm, is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users. This role focuses on basic troubleshooting, customer service, and hands-on support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.

  • Provide desk-side and walk-up support for common IT issues
  • Assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and break/fix tasks (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
  • Support basic software and application issues (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack)
  • Help with onboarding new hires and setting up equipment
  • Perform basic AV and conference room checks
  • Assist with account access, password resets, and security procedures
  • Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and ticket documentation
  • Escalate complex issues following established procedures

Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of IT support or customer service experience (training provided)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and productivity tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes

Pay: $26.46 – $28.65 per hour
