Milestone Technologies, a global IT managed services firm, is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users. This role focuses on basic troubleshooting, customer service, and hands-on support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
- Provide desk-side and walk-up support for common IT issues
- Assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and break/fix tasks (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
- Support basic software and application issues (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack)
- Help with onboarding new hires and setting up equipment
- Perform basic AV and conference room checks
- Assist with account access, password resets, and security procedures
- Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and ticket documentation
- Escalate complex issues following established procedures
Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of IT support or customer service experience (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and productivity tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
Pay: $26.46 – $28.65 per hour
