What you’ll do:
– Greet and check in patients at the clinic front desk
– Verify insurance eligibility and share Medi-Cal information
– Collect co-pays and handle payment transactions
– Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
– Answer phones and route calls appropriately
– Keep patient records accurate while following HIPAA privacy rules
What you’ll need:
– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
– Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills
