The Operations Dispatcher / Call Center Agent is responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily functions of the Commuter Shuttle, Charter, and Operations departments. Key duties include dispatching drivers, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers, and ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations. The role demands strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While dispatching experience is preferred, it is not required; familiarity with transportation software is a plus. Availability during weekday commute hours is essential.
M-F shifts.
Listed pay is: $25 to $28 an hour.
