Today we started class with typing for 15 mins, wrote Professional responses in email format, practiced using voicemails when making phone calls, I still felt confused on the transfer option when moving one person to another. In a luck attempt it worked where I was able to transfer calls without being in the conversation. Hopefully next time I can do better.
Today we completed an assignment on writing formal emails in response to customer feedback. We also had more practice with customer service phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls.
Today we overviewed the assignment for the day, which was written customer service responses for Sunshine Express, as well as working independently on assignments and projects that are due. Our instructors gave feedback on our written customer service responses. I was unable to stay for the entire class session, as my Wifi connection unexpectedly cut out in the middle of class at 4pm.
