Client Account Agent (Full-Time, On-Site, Santa Barbara)

Pivotal Perspectives is looking for someone to represent their leading telecommunication clients with unique solutions and sales strategies to increase their customer base. You will be expected to understand and explain products and services to clients, assist customers from the start of sale as a primary point of contact, keep accurate records of customer interactions, offer promotions and upgrades, and generate daily sales reports on new client trends. They want someone who has experience in customer service, has an ability to communicate effectively, has a willingness to learn and grow professional skills, has problem-solving abilities, and has an outgoing personality with a passion for helping others. The pay rate is $1,003 – $1,064 / wk.

What I did today

Today, we discussed the “Workplace Communication” assignment due date and spent an enormous amount of time working on the Google Doc Formatting Project and then the Sunshine Express Cover Letter portion. We stayed busy all day!

What I Did Today

Today I started out with some job postings for the students, and then transitioned to work on ERG Outreach. I tried some new strategies today, for example sending the same email to two locations when I wasn’t sure which one was better. We’ll see if it results in a better response rate! Sad that I only have two weeks left until my AWEX time is done for good, but I feel like I’ve learned a lot and I hope I’ve helped CTP as well!
