After typing practice, we had time to work on our electives, so I spent the rest of the class watching different Percipio courses. I also looked over some practice interview questions since we are doing mock interviews tomorrow.

I added 3 job listings to the CTP website. Afterward, I was able to find one new listing for the emergency food list in Humboldt County. It is a Community Center with multiple services, including a food bank.

The work I did today was I turned in a Percipio assignment. Then I worked on my Company Job Research assignment. I almost got it done too. Just one left.

Today, we started off with our normal typing testing for the first 15 minutes. I actually got a score of 91 wpm with 99% accuracy for the three minute test. I was actually really surprised at that and wonder if I can actually do that speed again. Afterwards, I spent most of my time for today’s training taking a Percipio course. Specifically, it’s a course about different operating systems, including Desktop, Server, and Mobile OS’s. A lot of neat knowledge, for certain.

After typing practice and turning in our Percipio courses for the week, we split into breakout groups and my class learned about Salesforce CRM and practiced filling out information on a company and contact. I chose a Percipio track as my elective for this week, so I spent the rest of class watching those courses.

Today I learned how to use the basics of CRM and created a flyer for my elective.

Today we started the professional skills and electives module for the second month this week, submitting the percipio assignment that was due today. We spent most of class time choosing an elective to work on for the week, I ended up choosing the catering google sheets elective project and we also went over the accountability assignment, workplace conflict, that will both be due this Thursday.
