What I Did Today

We did our normal 15 min of typing to start the day off, then went into pairs to do 3 different phone scripts and took turns to go through the script twice. Moved on to a video on customer service and finally worked on answering emails from happy/unhappy customers and writing our responses. Today in history in 1862 English astronomer Edmond Halley first observes the comet named after him.

What I Did Today

Today I started off with practicing my typing for the first 15 minuets. Then we all collectively worked on using our MicroSip phones to practice with the BerkMart phone scripts. After I watched a video on effective customer service over the phone. To wrap the day up I began working on my written customer service responses.

What I Did Today

Today, we did some exercises with our digital phones, including practicing regular phone interactions, placing callers on hold for a brief minute, and placing calls on hold to check with a third-party like a store manager. Next, we started an assignment called rose-bud-thorn where we were supposed to talk about a success, something we’re looking forward to, and a challenging difficulty respectively. For the last hour, we worked on written customer service responses, which was an interesting assignment that was mainly our discretion but with guidelines and rules to shape some of them.
