Today I did my resume and cover letter. Google Drive is what I got them on. EMP interview questions and answers. Linkedin.

Today, I did employment development. We started the day with going over the STAR method for interviewing and some examples. We spent the rest of that hour developing our interview questions of a behavioral nature using that example. Next, we did resume and interview question development. I linked my resume into my job log spreadsheet during that hour. Lastly, we did interview questions where I got to share some of my stories, such as a mistake I had made and my proudest accomplishment. All in all, a very productive class day.

We spent the first hour learning about the STAR method of story telling within the interview process and learned how to answer a few tough questions in an interview. Second hour was left to our own devices to work on what we please. I chose the resume and cover letter to work on and third hour was dedicated to the interview practice portion of class.

Today I learned how to reshape my interview answers using the S.T.A.R. format, turning experiences into clear, story-driven responses with real impact. I updated my resume, linked it to my job log, and wrapped up by practicing interview questions with the group.

Today, Carrie reviewed the STAR method for answering behavioral questions. In the second hour, we worked on our professional documents, and in the third hour, we practiced answering a few behavioral questions using the STAR method.

Today we continued with employment services, going over the class schedule and overviewed the S.T.A.R. method for answering interview questions. We worked on our professional documents throughout class, as I focused my attention on filling out more of the interview questions. Near the end of the session, we did some interview practice and wrapped up for the day with a self-assessment.

I reviewed my answers to the mock interview questions from yesterday.
