Today we continued practicing with our phone programs, using Berkmark scripts as we paired up with other students. We each took turns acting as the customer and the customer service representative, going over practice scenarios 1 through 3. We also watched a video explaining how to properly answer business telephone calls. Wrapping up for the day, we also practiced writing customer service responses and working on the end of the month reflection.
