Today, I found out that the slides project was considered complete. This is my 1st day after the sides project, and I don’t have any new task as of now. The last hour was spent looking over the DEI list like I used to, and I see that the list itself looks complete.

Today as an administrative associate, I found three jobs for IT support job seekers. I worked on the Rehab Center contacts information list. I was able to finish the list today for all the contact information that I was a able to find. Tomorrow I will start working on the Emergency Funds and Financial Assistance Research list.

I began my shift by researching job listings for an hour and today I focused on Customer Support in the East Bay. I posted 5 job on the website.

I then moved on to my slides project – Google Sheets Introduction – where I am using the outline from the word document and building a slide presentation that will be used as a tutorial and presented to Bootcamp students. I’m using a lot of screenshots for examples that I’m building on a blank sheet to demonstrate how Sheets works and I’m making as interactive as I can to keep the participants engage. Also, I feel like using the pictures to show examples will help simplify things because students won’t be reading it from an outline and can see the formulas and functions on an actual sheet.

I started the day doing typing practice with my fellow students. My best score was 77wpm with 98% accuracy. Next, I started a Percipio course regarding mobile device accessories and network connectivity. In the time I had, I had a mix of things I knew and did not know in terms of details for things like USB, Lightning connectors for Apple products, serial interface types, connection types like NFC, Bluetooth, and public Hotspots, and accessories for mobile devices. I learned some interesting information and hope to learn even more as I go further through the course.

Today, Mike reviewed our Portfolio project, which we’ll present at the end of the month. This will be our final assignment as third-month students.

Typed 51 wpm with 100% accuracy

and I got the template for the portfolio presentation and have been working on that for most of the class. I got 3 or 4 slides completed so far. I’ve been enjoying that. I didn’t realize that I only have two more weeks of school. Yippee!

We started with our normal writing practice and then I was taken into a breakout room with my classmates leaving this month with me and Mike gave us the portfolio project. I am to work on it all week and have it done in 3 weeks to voice over with Mike before the 29th.

Started the class with 15 minutes of typing practice, did an introduction to Trailhead Salesforce Module, and started the PRO Elective.
