I opened the day with typing practice. Usually, I type at approximately 32 words per minute; however, today I my performance was reduced to 26 words per minute, which was alarming for me. I might have been distracted during this exercise. Next, we worked on our BerkMart bio on WordPress. Lastly, I spent the lab hour working on my latest Percipio course.

What I Did Today

Today we made our staff bios for the BerkMart website. We also we learned about our accountability assignment, which is to add a new item to BerkMart. We learned what to do for Thursday’s blog post, which is to summarize this week. I learned that you must be logged into the BerkMart website in order for the pages icon to show up in WordPress. During lab time, I started a Percipio course called “Analyzing Audiences & User Behavior in Google Analytics”, which I think could be very useful as a customer service representative because you learn how to better serve your audience.
