What did I do today

Started the day by clocking in with Homebase. Then we did some typing for the first 15 minutes of class. Also, I worked on three different independent challenges: one is the start of the independent challenge, and then I worked on the second part, which is Independent Challenge V4 on Docs, and also did the Docs Quiz, and the third part is the Independent Challenge V4 on Google Sheets, which I have not completed. Before the end of class, I did the “What did I do today?” post, and then after the class, I will clock out of Homebase.

What I did today…

Today we started with typing practice for 15 minutes. Then Jose went over phone customer service, transferring calls, warm and cold. The rest of the day was Independent Challenge. I am so proud to report I finished all of it, including Sheets. I used the formulas. Yay me! Thanks, CTP.

What I did today, 7/27

Started the day by clocking into HomeBase. Then we talked about how the week is going to be and talked about how to use the phones on the computers. Then we did the independent challenge for most of the day. Then we finished off the day with our “what I did today” post and clocked out of HomeBase.

What I Did Today

Or, what if I did not do the things I did today? This weekend was great, but I was looking forward to class and making progress at CTP. I even picked up some professional clothes for my closet when I’m not going on interviews. And, I made sure to do my Percipio on time. The course I took covered the famous AI model ChatGPT, or Generative Pre-Trained Transformer. I learned a little about why Chat GPT is good at summarizing text and not good at producing music we like. Ah, well.

Today we were set-up to learn phone systems at Power of Wellness, but we also had a 90 minute assessment on the schedule. I didn’t really struggle much with the challenge, but there were at least a couple things on each section I had to look up to have a reasonable shot. I think I struggled mostly with the first question, which was the clear formatting problem. This was because Google Docs was doing something weird with tracked changes, displaying the text I had formatted in a lavender highlight. Not having worked on google docs in awhile, sometimes things still surprise me with the way the up-to-date software works.

What I Did Today
