The Hotel Guest Services Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout their stay. Key duties include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations and inquiries via multiple communication channels, providing personalized recommendations and upselling services, and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. The associate may also oversee hotel activities in the manager’s absence and is expected to embody the core values of Four Sisters Inns: Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, and Above & Beyond.
8 hour day and evening shifts, every weekend and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
