I a phone practice as a customer for POW center to book a personal session with Karolyn as a customer service representative role. Also, I practiced the role as a customer service representative for Karolyn.
What DID I do today?
Today we went over the same project and I was completely confused. I got confused with my logins and passwords and couldn’t get into my Remote Desktop. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get my VM running with AcronisBootableMedia.iso, but I guess it will be a task for tomorrow… Stay Tuned?

I started class with typing tests. We filled the remainder of class with a role playing exercise, while using google docs and sheets.

Today we continued working on the Drive Imaging lab. We Restored a Non-Sysprepped Image of Windows 10 pro by using Acronis True Image. We Restored a Sysprepped Image of Windows 10 pro by using Acronis True Image. We learned what Sysprep is and how to use and locate it.

Today the class went over more of the membership database, entering the customers’ information, for joining any of the activities of the fitness membership. And I practiced my typing skills on Monkeytype.

I practiced typing and got my fastest wpm yet – 68 wpm!! With 95% accuracy. WoooHoooo!

In the first hour I worked on adding job listings to the CTP website, focusing on jobs available in the Sacramento area. In the second hour I worked on the emergency food list, continuing work on LA County food banks. In the last hour I researched companies to add to the DEI list.
