What I Did Today

I split my day into 2 parts. In the first hour, I shared 13 job postings with a variety of FT/PT, in person/remote etc, to give fellow job seekers a wide variety. I also shared a virtual job fair that is happening tomorrow. After a check-in with Carrie, I switched to the DEI spreadsheet, where I entered info on 12 companies. As a disabled person, I’m especially glad to be contributing to this project.

What I Did Today

Today, I began by searching for and posting summaries of job listings for CTP’s skill center page. Afterward, I continued with updating the DEI spreadsheet with new entries, but didn’t find any to add on the watch page. Next, I waited for the CTT participant to join our study session, but they arrived later than expected, so I began research into rehabilitation centers in the meantime, to see if there was any contact info or info about their services that I could add to the spreadsheet. Eventually the participant joined, and we continued working quietly for the next 30 minutes. At noon, I had my phone check-in with Carrie, and we discussed the potential for a new task in the next week. Although the task is not confirmed, I’m happy to have something in consideration for my experience. I will see if anything is mentioned tomorrow.
