Our California client has a contract opening for an Identity Security Resource (Part time) who will support the deployment and integration of CyberArk PAM into the environment. The role will potentially be onsite for the first week, then remote.

I continued my Remote Connectivity Lab. I was able to install AskDesk. It worked as it should. I also installed NoMachine. That is where I’ll continue tomarrow.
Today I continued to work on the remote desktop lab. I was able to get through most of the lab and I researched some of the RDP and their benefits and limitations. Tomorrow I will start with the second part of the lab.
I worked on my Skillsoft assignment which was about leadership communication. I found it interesting, to learn how to identify personal needs based on communication at work.
Today, I completed testing a range of remote connectivity applications, including TeamViewer, TightVNC, NoMachine, and Google’s Chrome Remote Desktop. I explored each platform’s key features, such as ease of use, security protocols, and cross-platform compatibility, to determine the most suitable options for user needs. Additionally, I researched pricing structures to provide clear guidance on cost-efficiency for potential users. Overall, it was a challenging day, as each application presented unique features and complexities that required thorough evaluation to identify the best solutions for a seamless remote access experience.
Completed the Remote connectivity and Building a PC for a Purpose labs.
Today in class I read about negative and distorted thinking, it was interesting to see how each of us can get caught in negative thinking and the impact that has on our lives.
I also started a company research on Mechanics Bank, who they are and how they operate and what jobs are available.
The IT Support Representative provides technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software, helping staff with basic functions, maintaining technology performance, and troubleshooting issues.

The Help Desk Specialist will diagnose and resolve user issues, routing calls from the Operating Forces to C4I analysts at Camp Pendleton, CA, in a secure environment. Knowledge of C4I systems and strong customer service skills are preferred.
