We reviewed the Web Browser and the advanced browser; I stacked a little and the second part, we got the introduction on Google Sheets, and we started working on the event project.
What I did today
Today was a productive day focused on enhancing my technical abilities and improving my workflow. I started by learning how to remotely connect to the CTP desktop, which will enable me to access important resources and tools from anywhere, increasing my efficiency.
I also explored the OS Ticketing system, gaining hands-on experience in opening and managing support tickets. Understanding this system will be crucial for streamlining communication and ensuring timely resolutions for our team.
Lastly, I learned how to post on our ‘What I Did Today’ blog. This platform will allow me to share my daily experiences and insights with the team, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Overall, today was a valuable step forward in my professional development, and I look forward to applying these new skills in my role!

Today I learned to create a registration form, and how to locate an available hotel for an event. I also set up a spreadsheet to display information about guests’ needs at the event.

Today we started off with doing some Berk Mart Event Projects. We were setting up Investors Conference flyers, setting dates, and event location. I chose the Gaia in Anderson, CA because it is a nice place to set up a conference and the room can accommodate enough people. Good day, today in PRO.
What I did today.
Today, I began with a 15-minute typing exercise using Monkey Type. After that, I reviewed the web browser and advanced web browser features to learn how to navigate Google Chrome’s tools and extensions. Then, I worked on a Google Sheets presentation focused on using the COUNTIF function for a project. Following that, I started on the event project for the BerkMart Conference by searching for an event venue and creating a registration form in Google Docs. Additionally, I set up a spreadsheet in Google Sheets to track attendees.

Today I was working on the BerkMart Event Project. I had to make a Google Docs and a Google Sheets. I had to find a hotel and make an attendees list. I did not finish the project and I will need to complete it.

Class with PRO, reviewed some browser setup materials, Interviewed for intake with Employment Services, and began Berk-Mart conference project.

Additionally, I took the time to explore our WordPress website. I learned how to manage content updates and navigate the dashboard effectively. This hands-on experience will undoubtedly enhance my ability to contribute to our online presence and streamline our workflow.
Overall, it was a productive day that has equipped me with essential skills for my role. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned and continuing to grow in these areas!

Today was all about getting set up and oriented in my vocational training! I set up Slack for team communication, created a new Chrome profile for better workspace organization, and tried out the Homebase timeclock for the first time to track my hours. I also had a chance to practice using AI tools like ChatGPT and ImageCreate, which was really interesting. Additionally, I listened to the CTT and Core Orientations, giving me a solid overview of the training program. It was a productive day filled with valuable new tools and insights!
