They are looking for someone with customer service experience, familiarity with office machines, proficiency in English, knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word, strong communication and people skills, and problem-solving skills. Today, I collaborated with Employment Services on a presentation about job interview preparation. This involved researching the company I will be interviewing with, updating my resume and cover letter, practicing interview questions and answers, and completing the CTT weekly assessment.

Today I worked on answering interview questions. I also did a company research assignment. Added a hyperlink to my CTP Job Log Sheet. Last but not least I completed a CTT Self-Assessment.

I used a ticket previously created for this week’s lab. I wrote a summary detailing what I needed to do for this lab. I used Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) to remotely connect to a computer. I copied the Debian Linux ISO from the itHub to the computer via RDP.

Today I continued my VirtualBox (Remote Host) Project Inception Phase 2. I am on step 16#. Through the week I have created an online account with osTicket. In addition updating my tickets as I go a long. I have also set up a Virtual Machine on a Remote Desktop Connection. I have also downloaded a tech article as well.
