Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.

  • Reliability, organization, and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Ability to multi-task and time management skills required.
  • Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet.

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Tuesday, April 23

Hello. Today our class met as a combined class and learned about using phone systems. We ended for the day right before my turn to practice phone transfers. Maybe I will get a chance on Thursday. So far the calling scenarios went well and I was able to figure out how it works. My group did not make it to scenario 5. Maybe we will get a chance on another day. I would like to find out how I did on yesterday’s challenge.

What I Did Today

Today, we reviewed how to use the 3CX Phone System. Later, we practiced using the 3CX Phone System in several scenarios. During one of the scenarios, we had to use the hold button to check if a product was in stock. I also did my voice-over for my Core Training Portfolio.

What I did today

I started by posting some amazing job opportunity for the CTP clients helping with their job search. I posted a few remote/work-from-home job opportunities in CSR position. And a few amazing job positions as well.

What I Did Today

Today in class, we learned the 3CX phone system and did phone scripts to handle incoming business calls and use the features of the phone. It felt like a low-tech day compared to the remote connection work we’ve been doing…. I’m not sure where this class is going sometimes [or where I’m going…]. It’s good though. It’s all good.

This is a Homeopathic Mail Order Pharmacy in San Rafael, CA. They offer paid training. Requirements are very minimal at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to climb stairs a few times a day as there is no elevator. Have at least 1 year of work experience.

This full-time position is a perfect opportunity to work within a pharmacy as CSR. The pay is $24.00 an hour, with benefits offered, health insurance, dental, PTO, and more. It is a Mon-Fri. position.
