We’re hiring Remote Phone Agents to speak with individuals who have already requested information about protecting their families through life coverage. This is a fully remote, conversation-focused role with no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door sales.
- Speak with interested individuals through scheduled inbound calls
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each family’s needs
- Explain coverage options in a simple and clear way
- Help individuals make informed and confident decisions
- Follow up consistently to maintain communication
- Accurately log notes and track daily activity
