This role involves maintaining strong relationships with store decision-makers, executing merchandising programs, and meeting performance goals across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products and build displays/end caps
- Reset shelves and manage product rotation
- Track inventory and complete accurate reports
- Build relationships with store personnel
- Travel within territory to complete scheduled store visits
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel independently
- Comfortable using a company-provided tablet
Preferred Experience:
- Background in sales, retail, merchandising, or CPG
