CTS is a growing technology consulting firm seeking a skilled Tier 1/2/3 Technician based in the Bay Area. This role requires approximately 10 days per month on-site at client locations, so reliable transportation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, virtual machines, cloud systems, and networks
- Provide support for Windows Server, GPOs, VPNs, VoIP systems, and backup solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver proactive solutions
- Support and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
- Interact directly with clients and document systems, processes, and solutions
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in IT support or managed services
- Hands-on experience with networking (Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, etc.), RMM tools, helpdesk systems, and security software
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks
- Experience with FileMaker, VoIP systems, and cloud environments
