This week was a whirlwind. This week we worked on Professional Skills and electives. I’m in my third month of training. That means that I worked on my CORE Portfolio Project using Google Slides. This is when you are getting creative and thinking about all of the things you have learned, developed, and done while you were in training. These things go all in your portfolio. I had all week to complete it.
I learned how to change my background into a slide theme. We had a Google Slides project, and Marc showed us an awesome website to go to called Slides Carnival. I really liked how it will give you slides based on what you have searched for. This website is compatible with Google Drive! I found a new place to go to for slides. I also learned how to create background colors in Google Drive. I can mix all colors of the rainbow on one slide.
Yesterday, we worked on creating a Zoom meeting. Mike showed how to create one in minutes. I didn’t think that I would be prepared, and he instantly told me what to do step by step, pretty quickly.
Today, I’ve completed my CORE Training Portfolio Project. This was a lot of work, but fun to create. I can’t wait to show what I’ve come up with.
