Today felt like the first real step into the rhythm of things. I started by grounding myself in my standing assignments, learning about when things are assigned and due. From there, I moved into the Desktop Software Setup Lab. It was methodical work, but satisfying to see the tools come together, piece by piece. Connecting to CTP’s network was smoother than expected, and with that, a door opened to the internal systems I’ll be working with. I ended the day exploring the ticket systems. There’s a lot to learn, but I can already see how it’ll shape the way I track, respond, and support.
