What I Did Today

Today was a solid and productive day at CTP. I spent most of my time working on job postings and continuing my research on fundraising ideas for the upcoming 50th anniversary.

I added new job listings for Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Rep positions. This is honestly one of my favorite parts of work because I know these opportunities can make a real difference. It’s not just about posting jobs, it’s about helping people move toward independence and build something for themselves.

Along with that, I kept digging into peer-to-peer fundraising. It’s interesting to see how organizations use this strategy to grow their support by having people share campaigns within their own circles. It feels like a more personal and community-driven way to fundraise, which could be a great fit for CTP.

Overall, it felt like a well-rounded day supporting participants through job opportunities while also thinking ahead about how to grow and sustain CTP’s programs. Looking forward to continuing this work and seeing how everything comes together.
