October 27, 2026: Today, I did a 3-minute typing test, worked on written customer responses, and roleplayed with my classmates as a customer and an employee, acting out good customer service versus bad customer service. The “bad” roleplaying was quite amusing, and it reminded me of a few similar funny scenes from SpongeBob SquarePants. Most notably, when Squidward shouted, “Well, this one’s on the HOUSE!” before slamming the pizza box in the customer’s face.
