WHAT I DID TODAY…

Today we did, “POW Written Customer Service Responses”. When I came back to class we did “PRO Managing Phone Calls POW!” It seemed like today went really fast. We went through each scenario and did not rotate, so I think next time we will rotate to ensure that everyone gets to be a caller.

What I Did Today

– Skillsoft— Networking. I think I finally understand DHCP as much as I need to. — I want to physically set up a network so bad– Typing– Professional customer service email responses– Phone practice– In the in-between moments I looked more into the dregs of the Drive Imaging lab— Sysprep is magic

What I did today

For the first hour I added job listings to the CTP website, focusing on San Francisco and nearby cities. In the second hour I worked on the emergency food list for Orange County. In the last hour I continued the search for companies for the DEI list.
