The most important events today for me were working on the BerkMart roleplaying with my peers, presenting the Rose, Bud, and Thorn exercise, and also participating in the graduation celebration for Chris, Devonte, and Josh.

Today is the last day of our training in February. When reviewing my abilities before joining Pro level, I see that it was a great opportunity to build new experiences, deepen, and explore my strengths and weaknesses points again.

This week, we did the independent challenge– I found it doable. We set up our MicroSIP phone system and practiced with each other calling, transferring, etc. We worked on phone scripts for real practice. Today, we did our last tech articles and did customer and employee roleplays. Overall, today was my last day of CTT! Off to the next chapter! Something that was my biggest takeaway from the week was to prioritize my mental health first before doing anything else.

Today I graduate from CTP/CTT. Looking forward to making further adjustments to my routine and beginning the process of pursuing new work in the SF Bay Area.

The entire focus for me today was mock interviews. These interviews have been extremely helpful for improving my confidence, and the feedback from the volunteers have been valuable for my effort to enhance my interview performance.

I wanted to share this blog post because I found today’s mock interviews very helpful. The more practice I get, the more easy it is to relax and make the interviewer, and myself, feel comfortable. I had two interviews that both went well. They were very positive, energetic, and encouraging. I received positive feedback.

I had a productive day at CTP! Worked on finding emails for the Business Outreach Project I was working on. Posted new job listings for participants, and had my AWEX check-in with Carrie. Big thanks to Mike for signing me out of my Zoom breakout room—feeling accomplished and ready for tomorrow!
