The Casino Gaming Associate / Customer Service representative is responsible for ensuring integrity and fairness at live table games such as California-style Blackjack or Three Card Poker. Stationed at assigned casino locations, this role involves sitting or standing for extended periods while closely monitoring gameplay and verifying dealer outcomes to ensure rules are followed accurately. Duties include simple grasping and handling of casino chips, occasional lifting of items between 2–10 lbs, and maintaining focus during repetitive hand motions. Excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service presence are essential. Candidates holding a valid Third-Party Proposition Player Services (TPPPS) Worker License may qualify for a $1,000 hiring bonus (restrictions apply).
Full time with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $22 to $31 an hour, with a $2 differential for night shifts.
