Today we started with practicing customer support phone calls using scripts. It was pretty basic as it’s just us CTT students with no PRO students to supplement us. And Jose was working with Lars and Antonio on their portfolios (exciting).
After that we worked on our Independent Challenge, which was pretty easy but a good practice. And I’ll see if I missed anything tomorrow, which is nice because then I can know what I need to work on instead of just thinking “oh I got this.”
Then we had independent time so I worked on Skillsoft.
