We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact between our customers and the company, providing clear, friendly, and solutions-focused communication regarding Verizon products and services. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, execute service enrollments, and finalize transactions with professionalism and a positive attitude. You’ll represent the brand with integrity while offering real-time feedback to account managers to help improve service strategies and sales techniques. This role also involves gaining deep product knowledge and understanding consumer trends to effectively promote services, grow sales revenue, and contribute to both company success and your own professional development.
M-F day shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $900 to $1200 a week.
