We are seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions via phone and email while supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will process orders, invoices, and customer requests, provide pricing and delivery information, and resolve inquiries or complaints with efficiency and care. You’ll coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate databases, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
