We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, social media, and Amazon. In this role, you’ll respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include processing orders and returns, providing detailed product recommendations, maintaining accurate account records, and conducting follow-ups to drive satisfaction and retention. You’ll also assist with outbound outreach during downtime and collaborate with the team to refine service processes.
